VICE PRESIDENT
The Vice President shall be elected by a roll call majority vote of the full board at the organizational meeting.
The Vice-President shall perform the duties of the President in his/her absence and perform such other duties as are required by the position. In case of absence of both the President and Vice- President, the board shall elect a temporary chairperson.
