FORMULATION, ADOPTION, AMENDMENT OF POLICIES
Purpose
The purpose of these policies is to codify and regularize the routine procedure, duties, and responsibilities of this district, as well as to direct activities in certain specific areas.
Scope
The policies adopted by the board of education shall apply to board members, all employees, as well as students, unless a particular policy shall apply to a specific group of employees, or unless expressly modified by a provision of any employment agreement between the board and any employee or group of employees.
Authority
Any member or committee of the board or Superintendent of Schools may propose the adoption of a new policy or the modification or rescission of any previously adopted policy.
