ASSIGNMENT AND TRANSFER
The following administrative procedures shall be implemented pursuant to board policy 4113, Assignment and Transfer:
A. The school principal shall make certified staff assignments in the manner best calculated to enhance the educational program, and shall submit changes to the Superintendent of Schools for approval.
B. The Superintendent of Schools shall publicize vacancies to employees within five working days of their creation.
C. The school principal shall inform the Superintendent of Schools of professional staff assignments for a new school year, and the Superintendent of Schools shall see that staff members are informed of assignments by the date agreed to in negotiated contracts.
