SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONAL PROGRAMS
The regular curriculum of the Northfield School District’s schools is designed to accomplish the district’s educational goals and objectives for a thorough and efficient system of education for all students.
When necessary, the regular program shall be altered or supplemented or other means used to provide for the identified needs of the following students:
A. The classifiable educationally disabled
B. The gifted and talented
C. Those requiring compensatory or remedial programs
D. The students at risk for school failure;
E. Pregnant students
F. Students requiring home instruction
G. The physically disabled
H. Students who are English language learners;
